squeegeed cleaned in hot water, window
tracks and frames handed cleaned.
2. Window screens removed and washed, "no
charge." Outside light fixtures washed, "no charge."

1. Hand clean clogged debris from inside of
gutters,then washed out with water hose,
maintenance inspection for leaks and wear.
2. Hand wash unsightly algae and dirt from
outside of gutters and downspouts.
- Exterior Vinyl Wash
1. Pre-rinse first... then mild cleanser applied to
vinyl.
2. Hand scrub vinyl with soft brushes in hot
water to remove growth of algae, mold and
mildew or when they're just plain dirty!..Final
rinse...inspection of work .
